We get it — sometimes plans change. Providing an accurate headcount helps us make sure everything is set for a great event.
Increasing your headcount
We’ll do our best to add additional guests based on lane and center availability.
Reducing your headcount
If you need to reduce your headcount, let us know up to 48 hours prior to the event date so we can reallocate the difference towards other items for your event (such as additional arcade credit or food & beverage).
Please note that same-day guest count changes are not guaranteed. If your plans change, we recommend contacting your Event Planner or the center as soon as possible so we can assist.
